About Our Service
Vector Fire LLC operates a referral and lead-generation service. We connect commercial property owners, facility managers, and other businesses across the Greater Houston area with independent, licensed third-party fire alarm contractors.
Vector Fire LLC is not a licensed fire alarm contractor and does not perform fire alarm work. We do not design, install, inspect, monitor, repair, or service fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, mass notification systems, or any related equipment. We do not hold a fire alarm contractor license. Any fire alarm work you obtain is performed solely by the independent contractor you select and engage, not by Vector Fire.
Referral Service Only — No Endorsement or Warranty
The contractors we refer are independent businesses that are not employed by, partners of, agents of, or otherwise controlled by Vector Fire. We provide referrals as a convenience and do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the work, licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing, conduct, or performance of any contractor we connect you with.
While we make reasonable efforts to refer contractors who represent that they are licensed and insured, you are responsible for independently verifying any contractor's license status, insurance, references, qualifications, and suitability before entering into any agreement. Vector Fire makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding any contractor or the services they provide.
Your Relationship With Contractors
Any contract, agreement, estimate, quote, scope of work, payment, scheduling, warranty, or other arrangement for fire alarm services is strictly between you and the independent contractor. You contract directly with the contractor. Vector Fire is not a party to that relationship and assumes no responsibility or liability for it.
Vector Fire is not responsible for any dispute, disagreement, defect, delay, damage, injury, loss, cost, or other matter arising out of or related to the services performed (or not performed) by any contractor. Any such matter must be resolved directly between you and the contractor.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website and our service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a request. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
